SASTRA Monthly Human and Career Development Programs

Catering for students age 13-25 who are keen to develop themself and understand how to reskill themself. The programs are designed to provide an enlightening journey to self-understand and equipped with the necessary skills to establish a meaningful career pathway based on their passion, interest and needs. The student will go through 2 hours, 2 sessions a month for 12 months of private training consist of 4 primary modules on Human and Career Development Programs based on SASTRA Value Formation Profession Model. Once complete, the student can choose other elective programs to further develop themself. Each program is priced differently.

SASTRA Bright Champs Fellowship

Catering for students age 13-17 to play their part in our collective future by learning programs that are tailored to provide an enlightening journey to self-understand and equipped with necessary skills to establish a meaningful career pathway based on their passion, interest and needs. The Fellows will go through 22 hours of training consist of 4 primary modules on Human and Career Development Programs based on SASTRA Value Formation Profession Model.

Only catered for Malaysian National School who are keen to establish Human and Career Development Center at their school. The project will be supported by SASTRA and no payment required by schools. Grant Oriented.

Catering for students age 13-25 who are keen to develop themself by involving and exploring real-world experience. The modules will be 100 % customized designed by working with our clients to set achievable goals for yourself. The programs will involve the opportunity to learn from industry experts nationally and internationally. You will also have the platform to travel to other countries to showcase your work and speak on international platforms and venture into a socialprenuership start-up to develop your own business venture. 6 months required in this Professional Development Program.
